I offer several options for WordPress theme creation. My rates are firm as I feel they are quite fair considering the themes are built from the ground up. I do NOT install WordPress as it is very time consuming and dealing with separate servers can be a hassle. As a result, please have WordPress installed on your server before we seal the contract.   • Exclusive theme with custom header – $150 (includes theme and plugin installation)
  • Exclusive theme with no custom header – $115 (includes theme and plugin installation)
  • Non-exclusive theme with custom header – $85 (includes theme installation)
  • Non-exclusive theme with no custom header – $60 (includes theme installation)
